Costa Rican Resource is a privately owned company in Costa Rica that deals with tourist related activities within the country offering trips and tours to almost everywhere in the country.
Costa Rican Resource is owned and operated by Tom Ranieri (TicoTom). Tom studied for his Tour-Guide license at the Insitution of Biodiversity in Heredia, Costa Rica.
Tom uses his Tour-Guiding knowledge on the rivers of Costa Rica where he is a whitewater rafting guide of Costa Rica's most popular rivers and one of the top five most popular in the world the famous Pacuare class III & IV.
When Tom is not on the river he does group guiding tours around the country. The TicoTom Tours offer trips for all ages and all types of groups. Whether it is yourself, your family reunion or group of friends, TicoTom finds the itinerary that fits your group and your budget. He has dealt with groups of 5 to 35 people in 7-10 day tours stopping at the most popular tourist destinations and then some stops at the not so popular tourist destination but hidden TicoTom favorites. Tom also started a language school in a small country-side town in Costa Rica where foreigners come and learn Spanish in a small typical town and the community runs the school and makes the profit.
