We accept payments for our touring activities through check, money transfers, or PayPal. All reservations are made upon request but are not finalized until your money is received. We ask that half the balance of your trip is paid within one month of your trip. The remainder of balance can be paid no less than two weeks prior to your trip.

Cancellations

All trips cancelled with more than 1 month to departure receive full refund and all trips cancelled between 1 month and 2 weeks  of departure receive 50% refund. Any cancellation received within two weeks of your trip will only receive 25% refund. Trips cancelled within one week of the trip dates may be changed on certain trips to later dates so you do not lose everything, please contact us to see if your dates can be changed.
